VSS seeks Teachers with diverse experience & backgrounds, proficient in their respective subject with good communication skills & excellent command over the English language. Needless to stress the criticality of the core values i.e. honesty, integrity, commitment, accountability that the candidate should possess.
Teachers apart from being provided with a unique work experience, also undergo training periodically to update skills, along with half yearly formal Assessment and feedback sessions & an annual performance appraisal.
