An authentic Montessori lab: (The Free-Thinking School) layered with other hands-on learning experiences catering students from the age group of 2 to 6 years, that will engage & involve child’s senses, making learning fun, real and permanent. These experiences take into consideration their multiple intelligences such as Math, Science, geography, sensorial, logical, linguistics, body kinaesthetic (dance), music, art, social etiquette, practical life and spiritual intelligence (building strong values).
Spacious Classrooms: All classrooms will be equipped with SMART boards, with Wi-Fi access points to provide wireless coverage to all classrooms. Classrooms are set in a manner to encourage team building opportunities to students, to share & participate in the instructional process. Students from 10th to 12th will be provided with personal laptops. Classroom seating arrangements are done to facilitate collaborative learning among students.
Library: Our knowledge centre with the bigger objective to ingrain reading habits with books, newspaper, magazines, desktops computers, reference materials, CDs & DVDs with adequate seating capacity.
The Orbit - STEM Hub: Integrated (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Robotics) state-of-the-art labs to infuse a spirit of learning & inquiry, that meet global safety standards .
Sports facility: To cater to the social, physical & emotional growth of every child, the facilities at school include a 5’s football ground (all purpose) & Cricket (Nets).
Proposed facility includes, a basketball court, a lawn tennis court, shuttle badminton court, a clubhouse with attached gymnasium.
Transportation: We are able to offer our student GPS monitored transportation facilities to different parts of Cochin. Our vehicles shall include 15, 30 seater vans & buses respectively.
Mini Amphitheatre: Our outdoor mini Amphitheatre on our green lawns is an ideal place for small gatherings, contests, games, performances etc.
Integrated Computer (immediate), Audio-Visual theatre, & Language labs (Proposed): We will be an IT savvy school offering Cybernetics, Information technology & other advanced computer courses as prescribed in the curricula. Audio-visual labs will specialize in audio & visual communication & techniques and language labs for English, Hindi & French.
Math Lab (proposed): to enable students to learn, explore mathematical concepts, facts, theorems, through variety of activities using different teaching tools namely Manipulatives, Smart document camera, TI Nspire CX, TI Nspire Navigators for instant assessments etc.
Indoor Theatre (Proposed): A performance stage (capacity 250), surrounded by ascending seats on the 3rd floor. This is the space for children to gather for various cultural competitions which gives them scope to showcase their talents, creativity and gain confidence.
Dormitory (Proposed): Separate dormitory for boys & girls (capacity -150 each) provided for Middle, High & Senior school students so that children grow up among their own peers & age groups. It will be our endeavour to provide not just a homely ambience but also with opportunities to enhance creativity & learning. Sizable portion of the AOP budgets will be allocated to maintain best standards of health & hygiene.
Dining & Kitchen (Proposed): A well ventilated dining area with 200 seating capacity for day scholars & residential students. Kitchen shall be a mix of modern & steam-based cooking to provide a well-balanced wholesome and nutritious diet catering to both vegetarian & non-veg students (for resident students). The menu will be changed weekly to provide variety.
