Admissions Statute

To all grades (except KG to grade II) basis Merit, Assessment tests performance & Interactive session with Principal / respective Grade Head & Selection team.

Kindergarten: Admission basis Parent meeting & Student session with Teacher

  • Pre-Primary – Age requisite > 2.6 year old
  • Lower KG – Age requisite > 3.10 year old
  • Upper KG – Age requisite > 3.10 year old

(for all the above KG grades, age as on 30th June of the current academic year / schooling year shall be considered)

Grade I to II: Basis merit, Parent interview & Student placement test ( to understand the basic learning skill of the student)

Grade III to X: Students to submit their VSSS SMAT scores and to also have cleared the preceding class is eligible for admissions post submission of requisite documents including mark sheets, TC , etc.

Grade XI: Students are to submit their VSSS SMAT scores and also to have successfully completed Grade X.

Grade X & XII: No admissions to Grade X & XII from other institutions are permissible.

Shortlisted candidates for Grades I & II are required to take the Placement Test in English, Math, and Grades III and above are required to take the VSSS SMAT (Science Math Aptitude Test), post which student shall go through an interactive session with the Principal / respective Grade Head & Selection Team.

On successful completion, student is advised to submit fully filled Admission Form along with the following Documents:

  • A brief note on reason for leaving
  • Report Card of the last school (Not applicable for KG)
  • Copy of Birth certificate
  • Copy of Aadhar Card
  • Four recent passport size photograph
  • Conduct certificate
  • School leaving certificate (Original) / transfer letter of the last school attended (Applicable to students seeking admissions from Class 2 onwards)
  • Copies of other certificate Academics, Sports, Extra Curricular
  • All Original documents to be produced for verification during admissions 

TC to be submitted within 30 days of joining failing which student’s admission will be withdrawn from the school; in which case the school shall not be liable / responsible for any loss that student/ parent may suffer.

Admission form with supporting documents are to be submitted at the Admissions Office within the stipulated timeline.

Right to admission is strictly on the basis of merit & performance of Placement Test and past records, if any. The Selection Team’s decision on this would-be final. 

On Confirmed Admissions,

  • Collect the School Brochure, Application Form.
  • Submit the Application Form.
  • Pay the non-refundable registration Fee with 2 days of Admissions communication. Bank supporting / challan to be submitted at the school Admin office.
    (Only on full payment of the Registration fee shall the school confirm admissions)
  • Collect the School Handbook (Agreement of Understanding), that shall assist you on your relationship with school, also includes, facilities, fees, payment structure etc.
  • Fill & sign & submit the perforated sheet of the school Handbook to Admin Team, which is a commitment that both parent & student have clearly understood & agree to the policies of the school. 
  • Admission Fee & Term Fee to be paid with 3 days of admission confirmation
  • Every fee to be made to designated banks, no cash payments accepted
     
  • Collect the School Brochure, Application Form.
  • Submit the Application Form.
  • Pay the non-refundable registration Fee with 2 days of Admissions communication. Bank supporting / challan to be submitted at the school Admin office.

  • Every fee to be made to designated banks, no cash payments accepted
     

Other critical information to parents:

  • Fees are charged on quarterly basis except during Admissions & Summer vacations
  • Quarterly Tuition fees to be paid in advance i.e. by 20th of last quarter, to the designated bank
  • Parents are requested to deposit the Admission fee & Quarterly fee challan to the office
  • Parents are advised to inform precise date of student joining, to the Admissions Office
  • Parents to attend an Orientation session before the commencement of new academic year, to get acquainted with vision, policies, feedback mechanism etc.
  • Parents shall be informed on the date of issuance of uniforms, textbooks etc.

Enquiry: Submit your interest / query through the school portal; the coordinator shall revert to you in within 24 hours (except on 2nd Saturdays, Sundays & declared holidays) or you can visit the school admissions office.

Foreign Students:

  • In addition to the requirements mentioned above, students of other nationalities, or children of NRI parents, need to submit the following: Accreditation details of the school – Name & Authority & the period to which the school is accredited
  • Equivalence certificates, if any

Admissions to Grade XI (for foreign students) will be provisional and subject to clearance from Association of Indian Universities, that the qualification possessed by the student is equivalent to a pass in Grade X under CBSE / ICSE / State Boards or any other equivalent certificate.

Non-clearance by University Association would mean student's admission being withdrawn from the school, in which case school shall not be liable / responsible for any loss that student/ parent may suffer.
